Q. Why do I need to complete an Accessibility and Medical Questionnaire for every cruise?

We require a questionnaire to be completed for each cruise you travel on to ensure that we have the most accurate and up to date information, we understand circumstances can change therefore it is important for this to be completed.

If you have not yet received an accessibility and medical questionnaire you can request this via our Customer Contact Centre (please visit our website for contact details) or your travel agent.
