Q. How can I ensure I receive my benefits on board?

Please ensure you quote your membership number at the time you are placing your booking.

You can check your loyalty tier on the Cruise Personaliser or My P&O Cruises. If you find the details are not correct, simply email loyalty@pocruises.com. Please include your full names, address including post code and your D.O.B(for data protection reasons) when contacting us via email.
