Q. Why am I not receiving my loyalty discount when I book a shore excursion?

It may be that you are not yet a member of the Peninsular Club, 150 points are required to become a member or that your membership number was not given at the time of booking (this is required in order for the Cruise Personaliser to apply any applicable discount).

Please call our Customer Contact Centre on 0345 355 5111 (Calls cost 3p per minute plus your telephone company’s network access charge)  or your travel agent with your booking reference and membership number who will be able to update your booking.
