Q. Why have I not received my on board loyalty discount?

You must be a member of the Peninsular Club in order to receive on board spend discount and have confirmed your membership number at the time of booking. This would ensure your on board spend discount is applied to all applicable purchases.

The Peninsular Club on board spend discount is applied to purchases net of any non-refundable on board spending money allocated to your on board account and/or to all linked on board accounts, where relevant.
