Q. When will I receive an email advising me my waitlisted Shore Experience/Excursion is available?

When a waitlisted shore experience becomes available you will receive an email advising you that you have 72 hours from when the email was sent to log onto Cruise Personaliser and purchase the shore experience. 

To purchase the shore experience select the "add to basket" button from the waitlisted section of the shopping basket, from here you can proceed to payment (you may need to scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the waitlisted tour). 

If you have not provided an email address you will not receive an email. You can provide us with your email address on Cruise Personaliser select 'Preparing to Go' and then 'Personal Details'. 

You may be offered the tour with a different departure time to what you were originally waitlisted on, if this time is not suitable for you and you would rather remain waitlisted for the original tour departure time, you must re-waitlist yourself on that departure time again once the 72 hours has expired.  If you have not re-waitlisted or accepted the new departure time the waitlist will be cancelled and you will not be offered it again in the future.
