Q. How can I amend or cancel my Shore Experience/Excursion?

If you wish to amend or cancel a shore experience please log in to your Cruise Personaliser and select the ‘Going Ashore’ tab. You will then need to select the option for ‘Purchased Shore Experiences’.

If you wish to cancel once you are on board please visit the shore experience desk. Please be aware that a cancellation charge may apply. 

Amend Your Shore Experience booking

Click on ‘Change your Booking’ tab. You will then be able to add or remove guests or amend the time of the shore experience (should more than one time be available). 

After making your changes select the green ‘Continue’ button to confirm. Recheck the new price and the loyalty discount (if applicable) and select the ‘Change Your Booking’ button. You will then be taken back to the shopping basket in order to pay for any price changes or your shore experience booking will be cancelled.


Cancel Your Shore Experience booking

Click on ‘Cancel your Booking’ button. You will then be asked to confirm your cancellation. If you select ‘NO’ you will stay on the same screen and your booking will still open. If you select the green ‘YES’ button You will be taken back to the main ‘Purchased Shore Experiences’ page and the Shore Experience will be removed. 

You will receive a refund within 5-7 working days. If you wish to cancel once you are on board, please speak to a member of the shore experiences team once on board. Please note a cancellation penalty will apply, exact amounts will be confirmed to you on board.
