Q. How can I amend or cancel shore excursions?
If you wish to amend or cancel a shore excursion please log in to your Cruise Personaliser and select the ‘Going Ashore’ tab. You will then need to select the option for ‘Purchased Shore Excursions’.
If you are sailing in less than three days, you will be unable to amend or cancel you shore excursion through Cruise Personaliser. Instead, please visit the shore excursion desk when you arrive on-board, please be aware that a cancellation charge may be apply.
Amend Your Shore Excursion booking
Click on ‘Change your Booking’ tab. You will then be able to add or remove guests or amend the time of the shore excursion (should more than one time be available).
After making your changes select the green ‘Continue’ button to confirm. Recheck the new price and the loyalty discount (if applicable) and select the ‘Change Your Booking’ button. You will then be taken back to the shopping basket in order to pay for any price changes or your shore excursion booking will be cancelled.
Cancel Your Shore Excursion booking
Click on ‘Cancel your Booking’ button. You will then be asked to confirm your cancellation. If you select ‘NO’ you will stay on the same screen and your booking will still open. If you select the green ‘YES’ button You will be taken back to the main ‘Purchased Shore Excursions’ page and the Shore Excursion will be removed.
You will receive a refund within 5-7 working days, if you are within 3 days of your departure date it is not possible to cancel your shore excursion bookings online, please speak to a member of the shore excursions team once on board. Please note a cancellation penalty will apply, exact amounts will be confirmed to you on board.
