Q. Is it possible to purchase gifts for a guest on board?

Yes, you can purchase a number of gifts for guests on-board by calling our Customers Contact Centre on 0843 374 0111 (calls cost 3p per minute plus your telephone company's network access) to order selected items from our gift collection.  Gifts must be paid for via credit / debit card at time of order and will be delivered within 72 hours of the order being placed.  

You can pre purchase a selection of Select Dining Venues and Spa services via Cruise Personaliser

Delivery for embarkation date and World Cruise

If you require your gift to be delivered on embarkation day your order should be placed 72 hours prior to departure.  

For World Cruise, orders should be placed at least 72 hours prior to the Southampton departure date.  Please note that if you are placing an order for a gift after the World Cruise has sailed, some gifts may no longer be available.
