Q. How do I book spa treatments and services online?

Spa treatments and services can be booked through Cruise Personaliser or My P&O Cruises from approximately 120 days prior to departure, and will close for pre-booking 3 days prior to departure.

Once you have signed into Cruise Personaliser or My P&O Cruises select the 'Spa' heading from the ribbon tool bar at the top of the screen. If you hover over the Spa menu heading a list of options will be displayed:




The options you will see are:

  • Spa Services – Selecting Spa Services will display a category list of all available treatments and services.
  • Spa Packages Please note applicable to Azura, Britannia & Ventura only - selecting Spa Packages will display a full breakdown of the Spa Packages available on board both of these ships. It is not possible to book a package on Cruise Personaliser or My P&O Cruises, you can book by calling our Customer Contact Centre on 0345 355 5111 (calls cost 3p per minute plus your telephone company’s network access charge).
  • Your Spa Reservations – This will display a list of all pre-purchased Spa reservations


Spa Services

Selecting Spa Services from the menu heading will present the following screen, detailing a full list of all Spa categories.


Spa Treatments and Services

Selecting more details on any of the Spa Services categories will return a list of all treatments and services available to pre-purchase. The treatment or service name, description, duration and price information will be displayed.


Pre-purchasing a Treatment or Service

  • Once you have selected BOOK NOW, a search results screen will be presented.
  • A passenger name, date and time slot have to be chosen before SHOW RESULTS can be selected
  • You can switch between Spa Services and Treatments by using the drop down menus provided
  • Please note that available times are offered in slots as follows:

               08:00 – 12:00
               12:00 – 17:00
               17:00 – 22:00

  • Please note, if there are no available times within a selected slot, available times within other slots will be shown.
  • An available treatment time should be selected from the results provided, please note that multiple times can be selected at any one time. As soon as you select a time, it will show in My Current Selections.
  • Once you have selected a treatment time it will show in green.
  • The treatment or service will remain in the Shopping Basket 2 hours for you to complete the purchase. Please note, if applicable, P&O Cruises Peninsular Club discount will be shown and applied in the Shopping Basket.
  • From here you can, if necessary, Change Booking or you can also Remove from Basket
  • Please note you can add multiple items, including Shore Excursions, Charter Flight Seats and Select Dining tables to the shopping Basket before selecting PAY NOW.
  • Once you have finished shopping you should select PAY NOW to complete your purchase.
  • Once you have completed your payment you will receive 2 email confirmations, one from P&O Cruises to confirm your appointment and one from World Pay, this is your payment receipt.


Spa Day Passes

Day passes are not currently available to book prior to your cruise, you can purchase day passes via the Spa reception desk once you are on board.

The Retreat - Spa day passes are available to purchase once on board Azura, Britannia and Ventura only, you can also utilise The Retreat an open air sanctuary where you can relax and be pampered.  

The Thermal Suite -  Spa passes are available on board Arcadia and Britannia which will allow you access to The Thermal Suite, where you can take advantage of the aromatic showers, steam room, saunas and hydro-pool**.  

Spa passes for Azura, Arcadia and Ventura are £20* and Britannia £25*. Full details will be available in the Horizon Newspaper once on board
