Q. Why do I need a passport/visa?

A passport is required for all of our cruise itineraries. This is a requirement of the countries that you will visit on your holiday. You will not be able to embark the ship without a passport.

Some countries will also require you to hold a visa to enter their country. Some countries will require you to obtain a visa in advance of your cruise and others may issue a visa upon arrival.

For full visa information, please refer to question will I need a visa?

Travelling to the United States of America

When travelling on an ESTA to the USA a biometric passport (electronic chip) is required (ESTA's previously obtained with non biometric passports will be automatically cancelled).  It is important you are able to present a copy of your ESTA at check-in.  For further information please see the question - How do I apply for an Esta?
