Q. Is there a wheelchair accessible shuttle bus available in every port?

All efforts are made to also supply adapted transport, however unfortunately due to reasons out of our control this may not always be possible. For those who are booked on a Select Fare, guests can pay for a taxi, retain the receipts and claim the money back at reception as OBC. The taxi must drop/collect at the same point as well as take the same route as the shuttle service would have done within the same hours of operation. This policy is for our full time wheelchair/scooters users and/or anyone that can not board a coach who are on Select Fare only, this information must be stated on the Medical and Mobility questionnaire.

It will depend on availability of accessible buses and is also dependant on berth location and how many other cruise ships are in port on the same day.
