Q. What happens if my preferred dining choice is waitlisted?
Guests booked onto a Select Price booking
Should we be unable to confirm your preferred dining choice at the time of booking we will operate a waitlist. Should the waitlist also be full, you will be allocated an alternative sitting. Once on board, you will be notified which sitting has been allocated to you.
If you require a specific time for a particular reason, we would recommend you check availability of the dining before confirming your booking as we cannot guarantee your choice will be available.
Dining choices are allocated in strict booking date order with Select Price guests taking priority over other fare type bookings.
Guests booked onto Early Saver Fare bookings
In line with the applicable Terms and Conditions, guests booked on an Early Saver fare will have their dining arrangements confirmed on board.
Early Saver guests do have the option of advising us of their preference up to five days prior to departure via the Cruise Personaliser or at the end of the booking process if booking on line. Confirmation of dining allocation will be provided once on board.
Guests booked onto Late Saver or other promotional fares.
The terms and conditions surrounding these types of fares state that you we will allocate a dining option on your behalf. This will be notified to you once on board.
