Q. Will I receive new luggage labels if I upgrade?

If you have paid for an upgrade, you can request for another pre cruise booklet (if eligible to receive a booklet) to be sent which will contain the luggage labels with the new cabin number.

If you have received a complimentary upgrade, you will not be able to request new luggage labels however, you will be able to print new labels from Cruise Personaliser or My P&O Cruises.

All luggage must display another form of identification in case of any damaged or missing labels. Any luggage not labelled will not be placed on the conveyor belt.
