Q. Why do I get an error when entering my personal details on Cruise Personaliser?

If you are a receiving an error message on the personal details page of Cruise Personaliser please check:

  • You have not entered alphanumeric symbols such as +, (, )
  • Please ensure you have entered the correct format for your telephone number. This should be a standard eleven digit numerical number: E.G: 08954221111
  • If you are getting error messages when entering emergency contact information please check you are using the post code search function. This will make sure the address being entered is in the correct format for our system
