Q. I have made a booking already, but you have launched a new promotion what are my options?

Before you make any changes to your booking please refer to the following questions:

Further to the above information it may be possible to change your booking to take advantage of the latest promotion. Please be aware depending on the fare you have booked it may not be possible on your new booking to secure the same benefits and terms and conditions as on your previous booking, for more details on our fares please see What are the different fare types? and What is included in my fare?.
