Q. Can I use a CPAP machine on board?

If you are sailing Southampton - Southampton

Yes, please advise us you plan to bring one with you at time of booking.

If you are sailing on a fly cruise holiday

If you have a flight on your booking then medical clearance is not required for the carriage or use of CPAP machines, however some airlines may have restrictions regarding the make and model of the device. Please contact our Flight Department on 0845 356 0005 (Calls cost 3.19p per minute plus your telephone company’s network access charge) to notify us if you are taking a CPAP machine on your flight.

Not all airlines have a suitable power outlet so you should ensure that you travel with a sufficient supply of batteries to last the entire journey (including transit and unexpected delays).

We would suggest that CPAP machines are carried in your hand luggage so that they can be PAT tested (electronic supply safety test) as soon as you arrive on board. Please visit Reception to arrange this).

Please note: you are required to bring your own extension lead as these will not be supplied on board.
