Q. Why am I unable to access Cruise Personaliser?

Cruise Personaliser will be available 24 hours after you have made your booking.

Below are a few trouble shooting suggestions for you to try:


Error Message: 'We could not find a booking that matches the details you have entered. Please check your details and try again'  

We would like to suggest a number of things to check: 

  • Check that you are on the correct website as a number of passengers are led to the P&O Australia Cruise Personaliser from search engines. The web address for the UK is https://cp.pocruises.com/login/
  • Check that you have entered your details into the correct fields, for example you have entered your first name in the first name field and surname in the surname field etc.
  • Check you have not misspelt any of your information and that all fields are free of any text before re typing.
  • If you have booked with a Travel Agent please make sure you are entering the P&O reference and not the Travel Agent reference. The P&O reference will be six digits long and begin with an 'H' or a 'W'.


Compatibility Error - HTML validation required

If you are being presented with the error message: 'Cannot find validation summary element "FormValidationSummary". Make sure you've put an element with this ID into your HTML document'  then please select TOOLS from your tool bar and click on COMPATIBILITY VIEW.

This will add a tick against Compatibility View, which will add the website to your compatibility view settings and therefore you should then be able to sign in to Cruise Personaliser.

If you are unable to view compatibility mode, please try right clicking on the menu bar and select Menu bar, you should be able to access the Tools menu as above.

Alternatively, you may try pressing F12 and choosing a different browser mode if available.


Windows 8

If you are trying to access Cruise Personaliser using Windows 8 and you are getting the error message 'Cannot find validation summary element "FormValidationSummary". Please select the COG icon / Tools option from the menu bar to access your settings then click on COMPATIBILITY VIEW.

This will add a tick against Compatibility View, which will add the website to your compatibility view settings and therefore you should then be able to sign in to Cruise Personaliser


Accessing Cruise Personaliser outside of original booking country

Cruise Personaliser can be accessed outside of the country you originally booked. You can access it in the same way via the link at the top of this page.

Should you be presented with an error message please try entering your details one more time.


If you still cannot login please try using one of the below web addresses based on where your booking was made:

Booking made in Australia - https://cp.pocruises.com.au/login/


Accessing Cruise Personaliser from an Apple device

Cruise Personaliser is compatible with all Apple devices.

If you are unable to access Cruise Personaliser please amend your settings as follows:

  • Settings 
  • Control Centre
  • Turn off "access within apps" 


If you are still unable to access Cruise Personaliser  please try and alternate device or desktop.

If after following the above you are still experience difficulties then there may be a mis-type of your name or date of birth against your booking. Please contact our Customer Contact Centre (please visit our website for contact details) who will check for you.
