Q. What if I can’t arrive at my allotted Arrival Time?

We realise that it’s not always possible to arrive at a scheduled time, especially if you’re travelling a long way, or are checking out from a hotel. So if you do arrive early, please rest assured that we will do our best to get you checked in and on board as soon as possible. There are refreshments available at the terminal and plenty of seating to make you comfortable should you have to wait. Alternatively, feel free to drop off your luggage from 12pm and come back to the cruise terminal at your Arrival Time.

 

On the day, if you are running late and likely to arrive at 3.45pm or later, please call the Enquiries Desk at your cruise terminal:

You can find which terminal your cruise departs from on your E-Ticket.
 

If you are sailing from an overseas port please notify our Customer Contact Centre (please visit our website for contact details)

Please note that it may not be possible for the ship to await your arrival, so please ensure you allow plenty of time for your journey, to arrive at the Arrival Time printed on your E-Ticket.
