Q. I am having problems accessing my E-Ticket, what might be the problem?

Reasons for this could be:

  • The E-Ticket may not be available yet
  • Your cabin has not yet been allocated
  • The booking was made within the last 24 hours
  • The ‘Personal Details', 'Your Address' and 'Your Passport' may not be fully completed

E- Tickets are not prepared until 24 hours after a booking has been made and are available to print from the Cruise Personaliser or My P&O Cruises approximately five to six weeks prior to departure.

Should you be experiencing difficulties printing your E-Ticket and it is not due to the reasons listed above, please call our Customer Contact Centre please visit our website for contact details, or your local Travel Agent.
