Q. I have made my booking with a travel agent, can I still contact P&O Cruises directly?

Don't forget that Cruise Personaliser or My P&O Cruises is available to you 24 hours after your booking has been made. Use this to access specific details relating to your holiday with P&O Cruises. At the same time you can update your personal details, pre-purchase shore excursions, tables in Select Dining venues, seats on selected charter flights, and Spa treatments. You can also retrieve and print your E-Tickets and luggage labels.

Whilst we are always happy to assist you, if you have booked with a Travel Agent, your contract is with them and therefore if you do want to make any changes to your booking you must contact your Travel Agent in the first instance, we are unable to make any changes to your booking unless we hear from your Travel Agent representative.
